Jean-Marc is THE Winemaker. He carefully selects the grapes and the wines that make the success of many prestigious brands. He supervises 3 facilities  and knows by heart each vat and each wine inside.

Emmanuel has practically been involved in Cognac distillation since he was born. He is a Master Distiller who selects the best winesfrom the Cognac region and crafts them into great Cognacs, with the help of our 17 copper pot stills.

Christophe is an experienced oenologist. He guarantees the quality of all spirits of Distillerie de la Tour. He takes care of each eau-de-vie and reveals its best qualities before blending. He will also share with you his experience of liquorist in creating flavored vodkas and cocktails.

Production Manager

Michel is more than familiar with Column distillation and rectification processes. He is an engineer and constantly seeks to reveal all the richness of grape eaux-de-vie and the delicacy of vodkas.
David PARENTEAU

Blending Cellar Manager

In the blending cellar, David prepares, cold stabilizes and filters the blends before shipment. He is the “mixologist” of your spirits. Only the “garnish” is missing.

Laurent is in charge of all the financial aspects of our company and he steadily supervises the account-keeping, customers’ as well as suppliers’ ones. He always stays the course thanks to his financial indicators.
