As distillation specialists equipped with distilling columns, we produce wine eaux-de-vie and distillates. Our production capacity is around 7 million litres of pure alcohol per year.
The Cellar Master blends and prepares the eaux-de-vie for ageing in oak casks in our cellars and is constantly keeping the quality under control. That is why we can offer brandies of different ages and exceptional aromas and flavours.
We permanently have some 3 million litres ageing in oak barrels and casks.
Depending on our customers’ wishes, we sell raw qualities at high alcohol levels or “tailor-made” products that meet clearly-defined organoleptic or regulatory requirements.
Finally, we use our copper pot stills to produce high-end eaux-de-vie and brandies to meet the demands of the best-known brands.
