Winemaking & Blending

We are professional vinifiers, and we turn grapes and must into wine. We enjoy special relations with the Charentes, French and European wine growers and thus have a broad range of suppliers.

- 100% varietal wines (Chardonnay, Colombard, Sauvignon blanc, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon…)

- Wines with or without geographical indication, white, red and rosé

- Sparkling Base Wines

Our wines are vinified under controlled fermentation and sold at different stages of preparation, from raw to ready-for-bottling.

We have highly efficient vinification facilities with an annual production capacity of 80 million litres (12 million of which are cold-stabilized).

A pressing room with a daily capacity of 150 tons of grapes allows us to process the harvest as soon as it arrives to extract its full aroma potential.

Expertise of our œnologists helps us assist our customers in selecting their qualities or creating blends complying with various special requirements.
