Distillerie de la Tour has 2 inspection and analysis laboratories, each dedicated to an activity: wine and spirits.
We measure, analyze, evaluate and compare, if necessary, every product we receive and dispatch.
As a result of our determination to be always reliable and efficient, we follow the HACCP approach and have been ISO 9001 certified since 2008, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000.
Food safety is another strategic part of our development and our quality department takes great care to ensure that our products are of irreproachable quality, whatever their destination.
Consideration of the environment forms part of our company’s global strategy. We are keen to protect our environment and contribute to recycling our effluents. We also seek to optimize our energy consumption and recover our by-products by finding appropriate outlets.
We are convinced that our development is partly the result of our ability to innovate and have set up an Innovation Committee. Its role is to find ways of improving existing processes, develop new products and plan the installation of new production equipment to meet your new needs.
